At Golf IQ we don’t want you to just be satisfied with your purchase, we want to be sure that your game improves. We stand behind this with a complete satisfaction guarantee.

If for any reason you are not satisfied and/or do not feel your Golf IQ product has improved your game, we will happily refund your money, all of it. (This is different from our competitors who will just refund the purchase price but not the shipping and handling charges and sometimes even charge you a restocking fee.)

If you purchase any product directly from Golf IQ and your game is not improving within 60 days just give us a call and we will refund all of your money including shipping and handling charges. We will even pick up the tab for the return shipping! If Golf IQ products do not help you to improve they won’t cost you a dime!

Prior to returning any product, please call Golf IQ Customer Service at 1-877-246-5347 to receive a return authorization number and shipping instructions. Unfortunately we cannot accept C.O.D. shipments or shipments without a return authorization number.
