At Golf IQ we strive to make the order process as simple and easy as possible. You can place your order online, or, if you prefer another method, you can order in any of the following ways.

By Phone

Just call our friendly customer service toll free at 1-877-246-5347 anytime during our regular office hours. We will be happy to process your order over the phone. Our hours are Monday to Friday 8AM to 5PM Mountain time. If you would like to talk to us outside of business hours, please leave a message on our voicemail with the best way to reach you and we will get back to you the next business day.

By Fax

You can also fill out our online order form and print it off and fax it to us. Our toll free fax number is 1-877-878-5452.

By Mail

If you would like to pay with a check or money order you can fill out the online order form and print it off and enclose your payment and mail it to us. Our address is

At Golf IQ we process and ship your order as quickly as possible. If you order before 12PM Mountain time on any weekday we will ship your order the same day. Orders received after 12PM will be shipped the next business day. Once your order has been shipped you will receive an email with the tracking number. At anytime during the order process you can track your shipment at www.fedex.com or if you need help you can give us a call toll free at 1 877 246 5347.

For most of our shipments we use Fed EX ground service. Orders will arrive at their destination in 5 to 7 business days. For more urgent shipments we can also ship Fed EX priority and your order will arrive the next business day.
